Approximately 100 micro rings with internal thread in the size L = 4.5 x 3 x 3 mm fit all our strands.
These micro rings have a particularly good grip.
Please measure the bonding and include enough own hair. If you are not sure about the size, you'd better take one size larger, which only has a positive effect on the grip.
Material: aluminum, there is no silicone in the ring.
If the hair is heavily loaded (toup, many hairstyles - for example, model) we recommend two sets of rings.
